Our relationship with our customers may start with the purchase of an item of equipment but it doesn’t end there. We are committed to making sure that you have a good experience with your equipment and that your equipment works for you. We pride ourselves in having a dedicated and diligent team of technicians who go the extra mile to get it right.

Regardless of whether your equipment was purchased through us or another provider we will take care of your servicing needs. Whether funded through an agency or purchased privately we know that quality service is important to getting you back on your way.

We can help you with:

Adult and pediatric power mobility products, part changes, battery and motor checkup and replacement
Adult manual wheelchair parts, servicing and repairs
Pediatric growth, parts, servicing and repairs

Did you know?

If your equipment was provided through the Alberta Aids to Daily living Program/ Blue Cross program, parts and service are covered by the cost share program too! If you are cost share exempt you are fully covered for parts and maintenance. If you are cost sharing AADL will pay for 75% or more of the cost of your parts and repairs.

Call one of our office staff if you have questions about your AADL coverage or cost share status.

  • Worn or broken parts on your chair
  • Moving parts that stick
  • Brakes that do not hold
  • Tires that are worn or don’t stay inflated
  • Casters (front wheels) that flutter or spin
  • Dead or dying batteries
  • Under performing power mobility
